Since you are running a body butter business with a US-only shipping focus, your return policy needs to be more specific to skincare and domestic logistics. Body butters are personal care products, so "unworn" or "tags" doesn't quite fit—we want to focus on safety seals and transit issues.

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with the safety seal intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  • Shipping: We only ship within the United States. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at allhailtishell@att.net so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because our body butters are personal care goods, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
