Processing & Handling

Because our products are made in small batches, please allow 3–4 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days once they have left our facility.

Shipping to Warm Climates

As our body butters are made with natural ingredients, they can be sensitive to extreme heat. During summer months or when shipping to warm regions, we recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery to prevent melting. If your product does soften during transit, simply place it in a cool, dry place to firm back up.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you have issues with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
